Permits to Work form an integral part of every Health & Safety Management System. They include risk assessment and sign-off to ensure that only competent employees are working on the identified hazards
Permits contain 3 parts (original, plus two carbon copies for management records) with a useful card backing in the form of an A4 caution sign.
