3.2 When you submit an Order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the Goods in accordance with these Terms.
3.3 Your Order is subject to acceptance by us.
3.4 A Contract will come into existence when we accept your Order, which may occur when we issue an order confirmation, accept payment, or begin processing or fulfilment of the Order.
3.5 We reserve the right to decline or cancel an Order before acceptance where, for example, a product is unavailable, a material pricing or description error has occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the Order.
3.6 If we are unable to accept an Order after payment has been taken, we will refund any amount paid for the affected Goods.
4. Product Information

4.3 Manufacturers may change product specifications, materials, finishes, colours, packaging, dimensions or other characteristics from time to time.
4.4 Where a product is supplied in accordance with its stated specification, minor variations which do not materially affect the nature, performance or intended use of the Goods may occur.
4.5 We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors on our website.
4.6 If an obvious error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed and you have placed an Order at that price, we may cancel the affected Order and provide a full refund.

6.6 If you request a cancellation or amendment after production preparation has commenced and we agree to it, any reasonable costs already incurred may be payable by you where permitted by law.
7. Customer Artwork, Copy & Specifications
7.1 Where you provide artwork, logos, wording, drawings, dimensions, specifications or other information for the production of Goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, complete and suitable for the intended purpose.
7.2 You must carefully check all customer-supplied information before approving an Order.
7.3 Where we provide a proof or artwork confirmation for approval, you are responsible for carefully checking the proof before giving approval for production.
7.4 Once a proof has been approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors, omissions or inaccuracies contained within the approved proof where the Goods have subsequently been manufactured in accordance with that approval, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.5 Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and may result in additional production time.
7.6 We reserve the right to refuse artwork, wording, images or other material which we reasonably consider unsuitable, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, offensive or otherwise inappropriate for production.
8. Intellectual Property & Customer-Supplied Material
8.1 You warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to provide any artwork, logos, images, text, designs or other material supplied to us for use in fulfilling your Order.
8.2 You remain responsible for ensuring that customer-supplied material does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or other rights.
8.3 You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, costs or claims arising from a third-party claim that customer-supplied material infringes their rights, to the extent permitted by law.
8.4 We may use customer-supplied materials solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling the relevant Order unless otherwise agreed.

9.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect Orders already accepted by us unless required because of an obvious error.
9.5 Where a pricing or calculation error is clearly obvious, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected Order and provide a refund.
10. Payment
10.1 Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through our website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10.2 Payment must be received in full before an Order is released for production or fulfilment unless we have expressly agreed credit terms with you.
10.3 Where credit facilities have been expressly agreed, payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.
10.4 We reserve the right to suspend or refuse further supply where sums properly due to us remain unpaid.
10.5 For overdue business-to-business payments, we reserve the right to charge interest and recover reasonable costs in accordance with applicable law and any agreed credit terms.
11. Delivery
11.1 Delivery arrangements and applicable charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
11.2 Many Goods are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party manufacturing or distribution partners and may be dispatched directly to the delivery address supplied with your Order.
11.3 Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date in writing.
11.4 Delivery times may be affected by manufacturing requirements, material availability, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, industrial action and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11.5 Where an Order contains multiple Goods, the Goods may be supplied in separate deliveries.
11.6 Where Goods are dispatched separately, this does not necessarily constitute separate Orders.
12. Delivery Address & Access
12.1 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
12.2 If you discover that an incorrect delivery address has been provided, you must contact us immediately.
12.3 We will make reasonable efforts to amend an address before dispatch where possible, but cannot guarantee that an amendment will be possible.
12.4 You are responsible for ensuring that reasonable access is available for delivery.
12.5 Where a delivery requires special access arrangements, additional charges may apply.
12.6 We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, restricted access or the absence of an appropriate person to accept the delivery, except where such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Inspection of Goods
13.1 You should inspect the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.
13.2 You should check the delivery for:
- Damage
- Shortages
- Incorrect Goods
- Incorrect quantities
- Other visible discrepancies
13.3 Where possible, damage to packaging or Goods should be photographed and retained for investigation.
13.4 Any apparent damage, shortage, incorrect Goods or other visible discrepancy should be reported to us promptly and preferably within two Business Days of delivery.
13.5 Failure to notify us within that period does not remove any statutory rights relating to defects which could not reasonably have been identified on inspection or any other rights which cannot legally be excluded.
14. Risk
14.1 Risk in the Goods generally passes to you when the Goods are delivered to you or to a delivery location nominated by you, subject to your statutory rights.
14.2 If you nominate a third party or alternative delivery location, delivery to that location will generally be treated as delivery to you.
14.3 You should ensure that Goods delivered to a third-party location are inspected promptly and that any damage or shortage is reported without delay.
15. Title
15.1 Ownership of Goods supplied to a business customer will remain with HSE Store Ltd until payment for the Goods has been received in full, to the extent permitted by law.
15.2 Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights of consumers.

16.1 Cancellation arrangements are set out in our Cancellations & Damages Policy.
16.2 Consumers purchasing standard, non-personalised Goods online may have statutory cancellation rights.
16.3 For consumer contracts, the applicable statutory cancellation period generally allows cancellation within 14 days of receiving the Goods, subject to the relevant legal requirements and exceptions.
16.4 Bespoke, personalised or custom-made Goods may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights where the law permits.
16.5 Business customers do not generally have statutory consumer cancellation rights. Any cancellation of a business Order is subject to our agreement.
16.6 Where an Order has entered production, manufacturing preparation or fulfilment, cancellation or amendment may no longer be possible.
17. Returns
17.1 Returns are subject to the nature of the Goods and the circumstances of the return.
17.2 Standard, non-personalised Goods purchased by consumers may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer cancellation legislation.
17.3 Personalised, bespoke or custom-made Goods may not be returnable simply because a customer has changed their mind where the applicable legal exemption applies.
17.4 Goods that are faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied will be dealt with in accordance with applicable statutory rights.
17.5 Please contact us before returning Goods so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.
17.6 We reserve the right to inspect returned Goods where reasonably necessary to establish the nature of any alleged fault, damage or other issue.
18. Faulty, Defective or Incorrect Goods
18.1 If Goods are faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to comply with the applicable contract, please contact us promptly.
18.2 We may request photographs, order details and other reasonable information to assist with investigating the issue.
18.3 Where appropriate, we may arrange inspection of the Goods.
18.4 Where we are responsible for the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.
18.5 Consumers retain all statutory rights in relation to faulty, defective or misdescribed Goods.
19. Manufacturer Warranties
19.1 Some Goods may be supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.
19.2 Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, the duration, terms and exclusions will be determined by the relevant manufacturer.

20.3 You are responsible for ensuring that any required permissions, site approvals or other arrangements are obtained before installation where applicable.
20.4 We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, inappropriate fixing, misuse, alteration or use outside the intended purpose, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Products Sold for Safety Purposes
21.1 Safety signage is intended to communicate information, warnings, instructions or other safety-related information.
21.2 The customer remains responsible for determining which signage is appropriate for their particular premises, workplace, operation or circumstances unless we have expressly agreed to provide a specific consultancy service.
21.3 The provision of a particular sign does not constitute a guarantee that the customer’s premises or working arrangements comply with applicable legislation, regulations or workplace requirements.
22. Availability
22.1 Product availability shown on the website is subject to change.
22.2 Some Goods may have longer production or fulfilment times than others.
