A4 book containing 300 visitor passes. 3-piece system – top copy is given to visitor when completed to insert into badge holder, the middle layer provides confidentiality by blocking the view to the bottom duplicate copy which is kept as a permanent record

Reverse of pass provides details relating to H&S Act, No smoking policy, Fire and emergency actions, Parking policy, Accidents and incidents policy
