This sign has been designed to remind employees who deal with sensitive data to protect said data by shredding documents.
Article 5 (1F) of GDPR states that personal data should be: “Processed in a way that ensures appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss or destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures”.
